ontobase Privacy Policy
1. 我们收集什么What we collect
- 页面上下文：当前页 URL、标题、你主动选中的文本，仅在你提交问题时采集；Page context: the current page URL, title and text you explicitly select, captured only when you submit a question;
- 你的提问与对话内容；your questions and conversation content;
- 工号标识：优先读取页面已登录态中的工号，缺失时使用你在选项页填写的兜底工号；employee work number: read from the signed-in page state when available, otherwise the fallback value you enter on the options page;
- 设置项：兜底工号、非生产环境的需求 ID。settings: the fallback work number and, off production, a requirement id.
不收集：密码或 token 等凭据、浏览历史、未选中的页面正文、文件、位置、财务或健康信息。
We do not collect: passwords or tokens, browsing history, page body text you have not selected, files, location, financial or health information.
2. 数据用途How we use it
仅用于向 OntoBase 服务发起对话并渲染回答。不用于广告、用户画像，也不出售。
Used only to send your question to the OntoBase service and render the answer. Not used for advertising or profiling, and never sold.
3. 数据发往哪里Where data goes
- 与当前页面同环境的 OntoBase 后端：
ontobase.alibaba-inc.com、pre-ontobase.alibaba-inc.com、ontobase.taobao.net；the OntoBase backend matching the environment of the page you are viewing; oneapi.alibaba-inc.com：仅拉取「域名→智能体」映射配置，不上传页面数据；fetches only the domain-to-agent mapping config; no page data is uploaded;dev.g.alicdn.com：仅在你查看结构化结果浮层时向页面加载渲染 SDK（版本固定 0.0.1），SDK 只接收后端返回的渲染数据。loads the rendering SDK (pinned to 0.0.1) into the page only when you open a structured result overlay; the SDK receives only the backend's render payload.
以上均为阿里巴巴集团内部域名或 CDN。
All destinations are Alibaba Group internal domains or CDN.
4. 本地存储Local storage
chrome.storage.sync：设置项，随 Chrome 同步机制处理；settings, handled by Chrome's own sync mechanism;chrome.storage.local：聊天记录，仅存本机。chat history, stored on this device only.
删除方式：在侧栏清空对话，或卸载扩展即全部删除。
To delete: clear the conversation in the side panel, or uninstall the extension to remove everything.
5. 保留期限Retention
本地数据保留至你清除或卸载；服务端数据按 OntoBase 服务端现行保留策略处理。
Local data is kept until you clear it or uninstall; server-side data follows the OntoBase service's current retention policy.
6. 第三方Third parties
除第 3 条所列后端与渲染 SDK 外，不与任何第三方共享数据。
Apart from the backends and the rendering SDK listed in section 3, no data is shared with any third party.
7. 你的选择Your choices
可随时查看与删除本地记录；卸载扩展即停止全部采集。疑问请联系运营方邮箱。

8. 政策更新Changes
变更将在本页面发布并更新生效日期；重大变更随扩展版本更新说明提示。
